Being as True Cricket Fan, the match of IPL held on 14- April-24 at Makka of Indian Cricket (Wankheda Stadium, Mumbai ) between Two Most Successful Frenchie’s of Tournament (MI and CSK-5 Times Each) was Simply Amazing and i am sure it consider as best match of this session so far…….. Effective Bowling by Bumrah, Rituraj and Dubey shots Half Centuries, Hitman Sharma with his Ton and Best Finisher Thala with 20* in last 4 balls of inning. lets talk more insight about the match and lesson learn

I-st Innning ;- CSK loss the toss and it bat first with slide change with their batting order to settle their new members in kitty (Rachin is not able to perform to met the expectations as opener for CSK and this risk wont worked, some how in form Captain of CSK-Rituraj met expectations and beat good 50 to support team, Dubey’s way of fearless batting is best example how to develop your resources, amazing knock by him and last over of the match was something we are habitual to watch from 2007 Onwards, MSD smashes 20 important runs in just 4 last balls of the inning which leads CSK to win against opponent in last. total of 206 was defendable and at last bowlers of CSK did their jobs well

2-nd Inning :- Chasing 207 at home ground is not big job for MI specially with this in depth Batting order as they have, no doubt the way Rohit played in this match with smashing a ton and be on the pitch till end was phenomenal. but on the other end no proper partnership they got, once they lost their first wicket of Inshan kishan, they played amazing during power play. Pathirana took not only 4 wickets but he provides break through as if when needed and at last bowlers ensure to have win against biggest opponent at their home ground !
being as Management Professional i got few lesson learns to share

1- Believe in your team (rachin is not able to adjust but still getting chance and he will get unless he met expectations
2- How to Nurture Resources – no doubt the way Shubham Dubey and Pathirana is developed by CSK and now they are consider as most valuable players in kitty
3- Star’s can Blink, but to win you need Team Work :- 1 ton by Rohit Sharma and Effective bowling from Bumrah is not enough to win against team like CSK, both won’t get proper support from other end hence lost of Match. on other end CSK bowling and Batting side worked as team and ensure Win the Match.
